What is so great about *eleh*

Eleh is quite a fantastic word I must say. To me, I couldnt find the right word to translate eleh exactly the meaning it is represents.
1) Eleh , bajet bagos je
2) Eleh , tu je mampu? Gile noob
3) Eleh, tak kemanenye kaw nak lari. KL ni bukan besar sangat.
4) Eleh, aku rase aku lagi kaya [...]
